We Offer Two Types of Stores
Catalog Store
A catalog store stays open indefinitely and batch orders every two weeks on the 14th and 26th of the month. Orders are typically ready 1–2 weeks after the store batches.
Team / Fundraising Store
A fundraising store will open and close on an agreed upon date. 10% will be added on to our listed price. These stores do not stay open.
Frequently Asked Questions
Fundraising Store Minimums & Payouts
If a store fundraises less than $250 per batch, the funds are kept in house as a credit on your account to be used for future purchases. If the fundraising is greater than $250, a check will be mailed out to the address on file.
Can I Reopen My Store?
Yes, you can reopen your store. A new closed date will be assigned and ALL production will be delayed until the store closes again.
How Long Will It Take to Ship?
Our standard processing time to ship a store order is 2 weeks from the store close/batch date. If your store is a catalog store and remains open, it will be set to batch on the 14th and 28th of each month.
Can I Sell More Than 1 Design?
We allow 2 screen printed designs and one embroidery design per store.
Do You Sort the Orders for Me?
Yes! We sort and bag each order, and each order comes with a label attached that includes customer information and a list of items in the order.
