We Offer Two Types of Stores

    Catalog Store

A catalog store stays open indefinitely and batches orders every two weeks, on the 14th and 28th of the month. Orders are typically ready 1–2 weeks after the store batches. Best for booster clubs, employee and staff apparel, school spirit wear, and anything people order year-round.

Fundraising is not available on catalog stores — see below for why.

    Always Open

    Team Store

A team store opens and closes on an agreed upon date and does not stay open. All orders are produced together after the store closes. Best for a season, a roster, a company rollout, an event, or any order with a deadline.

Team stores can be set up to fundraise. When they are, 10% is added on top of our listed prices — and that 10% is what comes back to your organization. Corporate and employee stores don't fundraise.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Fundraising Minimums & Payouts

Fundraising is available on team stores run by teams, leagues, schools, booster clubs, and nonprofit organizations. It is not available on catalog stores, and not available on corporate or employee stores. Payouts are calculated per batch. If a store fundraises less than $250 in a batch, the funds are kept in house as a credit on your account to be used toward future purchases. If the fundraising is $250 or more, a check is mailed to the address on file.

Why catalog stores don't fundraise: a catalog store batches 24 times a year, which splits your fundraising into 24 small payouts instead of one or two large ones. Almost all of them land under the $250 threshold, so the money sits as credit and your organization never receives a check. If you want to fundraise, run a team store with set dates. Want both? Keep a catalog store open for year-round basics and run a separate fundraising team store once or twice a season.

    Can I Reopen My Store?

Yes. A new close date will be assigned and ALL production is delayed until the store closes again — including orders already placed in the first window. If part of your group needs product on time, don't reopen; run a second store instead.

How Long Will It Take to Ship?

Our standard processing time to ship a store order is 2 weeks from the store close/batch date. Catalog stores that remain open batch on the 14th and 28th of each month and follow the same timeline from each batch date.

Can I Sell More Than 1 Design?

We allow 2 screen printed designs and one embroidery design per store.

    Who Approves the Artwork?

We supply a digital proof before your store goes live. Once you approve the proof, the artwork is final and production runs to it. Changes after approval require a new store or a new order.

    Are Decorated Items Returnable?

Custom decorated product is made to order and is not returnable or exchangeable for size or preference. Defects in the garment or decoration are covered — notify us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item.

Do You Sort the Orders for Me?

Yes! We sort and bag each order, and each order comes with a label attached that includes customer information and a list of items in the order.
