TWO WAYS TO RUN IT
Pick the one that matches how your group orders. You can run both — a catalog store for year-round basics, and a dated store when you need a deadline or want to fundraise.
Catalog Store
Stays open indefinitely and batches every two weeks, on the 14th and 28th. Orders are typically ready 1–2 weeks after each batch. Best for booster clubs, employee and staff apparel, school spirit wear, and anything people order year-round.
Fundraising is not available on catalog stores.
Team Store
Opens and closes on dates you set, and everything is produced together after it closes. Best for a season, a roster, a company rollout, an event, or any order with a deadline — and this is the one that can fundraise.
Fundraising adds 10% on top of listed prices. Not available on corporate or employee stores.
HOW OUR WEBSTORES WORK
Easy Online Ordering
Parents, players, employees, and members order and pay directly through your custom link. No more collecting checks, order forms, or size sheets.
Fundraising Built-In
Run a team store as a fundraiser and 10% is added on top of our listed prices — that 10% comes back to your organization. Batches over $250 are mailed as a check; anything under that is held as credit on your account. Available to teams, leagues, schools, booster clubs, and nonprofits — corporate and employee stores don't fundraise.
Individual Bagging
Every order is sorted, bagged, and labeled with the customer's name and a list of what's inside. Distribution is hand-it-over simple — nobody digs through a bulk box.
No Inventory Risk
Only pay for what sells. No guessing sizes, no minimum buy-in, and nothing left sitting in a closet at the end of the season.
THE WEBSTORE PROCESS
Select Your Gear
Work with our team to pick the best apparel and accessories for your group. We'll help you choose items that actually sell. Each store carries up to two screen printed designs and one embroidery design.
Approve Designs & Store
We create the mockups and build the online store. You review everything before it goes live — once the proof is approved, that artwork is what we produce.
Share & Sell
We give you a custom link to share with your group. Team stores stay open for a set window (usually 1–2 weeks) and then close. Catalog stores stay open and batch on the 14th and 28th.
Production & Delivery
Standard processing is two weeks from the close or batch date. We produce the gear, pack it individually, and have it ready for pickup or delivery.
